Yes, standard shipping is free on EU orders over €80. Below €80, and outside the EU, the shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

We ship from within the EU, and some pieces are sent directly from our production partners. Orders with several items can therefore arrive separately, at no extra shipping cost. You'll receive a tracking link for each parcel.

Once your order is dispatched, we email you a tracking link. If you can't find it, check your spam folder or email info@puellamarina.com with your order number.

You can return items within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn and unwashed, with tags and packaging intact. For hygiene reasons, swimwear and lingerie can only be returned if the hygiene strip is intact and the item has not been worn. Full details are in our Refunds & Returns policy.

Email info@puellamarina.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund, including the return shipping. All products are also covered by the EU statutory 2-year warranty of conformity.

Yes, all prices include VAT. For deliveries within the EU there is nothing extra to pay on arrival. Outside the EU, local import duties or taxes may apply.

Every product with sizes has a Size chart link next to the size selector, with measurements in centimetres. If you're between sizes, email us and we'll help you choose.

We accept major credit and debit cards and PayPal. The full list of options available in your country is shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely. We never store your full card details.
