Where we deliver

We ship worldwide. Orders are delivered across Europe and to all other destinations shown at checkout. Each order is delivered to one address; for multiple addresses, please place separate orders. We can deliver to PO boxes, but not to military APO/FPO addresses.

Shipping costs

Standard shipping is free on EU orders over €80. For EU orders under €80, and for all deliveries outside the EU, the shipping cost is calculated at checkout once you enter your address, before you pay.

Delivery times

• Europe: most orders arrive within 4 to 10 business days.
• Rest of the world: usually 8 to 14 business days.

Remote areas, countries with strict customs checks and busy periods (such as the weeks before Christmas) can take a little longer, occasionally up to 3 weeks.

Where your order ships from

We ship from within the EU, and some pieces are sent directly from our production partners. If your order contains several items, they may arrive in separate parcels. You won't pay extra shipping for this.

Tracking

As soon as your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email with a tracking link. If your order arrives in more than one parcel, you'll receive a tracking link for each.

VAT, duties and taxes

All prices include VAT. For deliveries within the EU there is nothing extra to pay on arrival. For deliveries outside the EU, your country's customs authority may charge import duties or taxes; these are the recipient's responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping costs.

Late or missing parcels

If your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days in Europe, or 20 business days elsewhere, or the tracking hasn't updated for several days, email us at info@puellamarina.com with your order number and we'll trace it for you.
