Shipping Costs
Shipping charges vary based on the destination and the number of items in your order.
To view the estimated shipping cost, add items to your cart and enter your shipping address. The checkout page will automatically calculate and display the exact fee.
Where We Deliver
We offer worldwide shipping.
We can ship to PO Boxes, but we cannot ship to military APO/FPO addresses.
Each order can be delivered to only one address. For multiple destinations, please place separate orders.
Processing & Shipping Times
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–7 business days after purchase, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Processing times may be longer during peak seasons or high-volume periods.
Transit Times After Shipment
Standard shipping times vary by region:
- Domestic and nearby regions (such as the EU): typically 3–7 business days.
- Europe and Canada: typically 4–8 business days.
- Rest of the world: generally 8–14 business days.
- Remote areas or countries with strict customs may take 1–3 weeks.
- Express shipping options may be available depending on destination and carrier availability.
Holiday & Seasonal Delays
During November and December, carriers experience significantly higher shipping volumes, which may result in delays.
To receive orders before December 25, it is recommended to place orders well in advance of the following general carrier cut-off times:
- December 17 for Standard/Ground services
- December 18 for Priority services
- December 20 for Express services
Carriers do not operate on Christmas Day (December 25) or New Year’s Day (January 1). Orders placed during these dates will be processed once carrier services resume.
Duties & Taxes
Orders are shipped Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU).
We do not collect VAT, customs duties, or import fees at checkout.
The recipient is responsible for all taxes, duties, and customs charges required by the destination country.
